Walking Week in Tenerife is a potpourri of the island’s most exciting adventures in the mountains, the forests and at sea – every day of the week. Get close to nature and explore the island’s fantastic hiking trails. Ride a cable car and visit an active volcano. Enjoy real Canarian cuisine, discover local wines and much more!
All our activities and excursions take place in small groups led by our own fantastic adventure guides. Our friendly, multilingual guides will take care of all the practical arrangements including accommodation, transportation, snacks and refreshments, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.
Walking Week activities are suitable for participants from 10 years onwards. The difficulty level is easy.
Your holiday consists of the following activity days. The order of the activities might be subject to change due to weather conditions.
We will hike through an evergreen laurel forest and discover 16th century caves on the way, before learning about local winemaking at a historical winery. Lunch with wine included.
Ride the Cable Car to Mount Teide and enjoy fantastic panoramic views. Then, explore the moonlike landscapes on the Roques de Garcia trail in Teide National Park.

Hike across the beautiful countryside of rural Santiago del Teide and enjoy spectacular views over the Teno mountains. Visit a local winery where you’ll enjoy a Canarian tapas lunch along with wine tasting. 4,6km circular Hike with an Ascent and Descent of 230 m on an easy walking trail.
Explore the beautiful walking trails and majestic mountains on this unique culture and nature tour of Anaga Rural Park. Lunch with drinks included.
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Puerto de la Cruz, the Orotava valley or enjoy a nice coastal hike to secluded beaches. On this day you can just relax or take part in an activity of your choice.
Parque Vacacional Eden
Located in northern Tenerife, The Parque Vacacional Eden sits in a peaceful hillside location with panoramic views over the coastal town of Puerto de La Cruz. The hotel offers bright, spacious studios and apartments with modern décor and amenities, including satellite TV and a private kitchenette.

I booked three different activities (Whale watching, kayaking, horseriding) for the last week of July, under a week before I emailed to enquire about how to pay by card, at... read more which point I was told the "company was going through changes" and the kayaking & horse riding were cancelled, but the whale watching "should still be going ahead".
Two days later I was emailed to say the whale watching was now cancelled as well.
They have since then cited staff sickness and the fact the last week of July is "low season" as the reason for this (not even lack of bookings which would be more understandable). The fact is they took no steps to notify me the activities were now cancelled (still available to book now on their website incidentally) isn't confidence building. I have a feeling I would've only found out about the cancellations at last minute if I'd not emailed them.
They did respond to me after I commented on facebook to get in touch and they could help put me in touch with other operators, but I have a feeling this is only because I left a public comment.
Very disappointed - their activities looked great with great selections, but that's no use if they don't actually happen.

Tenerife is just not the beach life, the mountains gives you a nice variety when you are getting bored on the beach!
