Tenerife lends itself perfectly to exploration on a motorbike. The island has it all: fantastic weather all year round, well-paved roads, incredible scenery – and now you can experience all this while reducing your carbon footprint on our electric motorcycle tours!
Xwander is proud to be the first company in Tenerife to offer electric motorcycle tours. Our brand new Zero S bikes have been designed to be powerful, fast and easy to ride without the CO2 pollution of gas-powered motorcycles. We charge our bikes with electricity from local wind farms, which means our tours are virtually carbon neutral.
Electric motorbikes are silent and have more torque than traditional bikes, which makes them ideal for exploring the mountainous island and its twisting roads.
Teide – Masca
Experience two of Tenerife’s best-loved attractions on this tour that’s bound to leave you feeling jolts of adrenaline as well as pure joy. Explore the volcanic wonders of Teide National Park and take on the winding roads with narrow hairpin turns leading to Masca valley while enjoying breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys below.
Anaga – Teide
The Anaga mountain range in the northeastern tip of Tenerife is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular places on the island. Feast your eyes on superb views of the mountains and enjoy the winding hills as you make your way towards Teide, the famous national icon of Tenerife. Ride through the National Park and take in the spectacular scenery of volcanic rock formations, lava fields and craters.
Teide – Masca
Similar to the above Teide-Masca tour, but taking a Vilaflor route via Southern Tenerife.
Hop on a ferry for a short trip to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Here you will find well-paved roads that twist and turn in the volcanic landscape, taking you through majestic mountain ranges, beautiful valleys and idyllic hamlets. Visiting this enchanting little island is the perfect day trip from Tenerife.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent a motorcycle with Xwander, and have held a full motorcycle licence for two years or more.
